Professional Development Design

There are a lot of professional development opportunities in every district, but they tend to focused towards guided reading/math, inquiry science, or behavior management.  They do not provide different ways for teachers to change their instruction.  If a teacher wants to change their classroom setting, they have to look into it themselves.  They have to scour the internet to find trainings/conferences around them to go to.  With my innovation plan, the flipped classroom with station rotation, we will need to look for outside resources for information.  With that said, I have come up with a professional development to give to the faculty.
